Technical Working Groups
The Center has three TWGs to provide guidance and feedback on research activities. TWG areas of focus are (1) employment of transition-age youth and young adults with disabilities, (2) employment of adults with autism spectrum disorders, and (3) business. These TWGs help recruit focus group participants for the first set of research activities related to identifying pressing needs, help develop instruments and protocols, participate in webcasts, and promote the KTER Center’s products to their partners and stakeholders. The groups are comprised of a mix of disability-oriented leaders, NIDILRR grantees in the employment portfolio, consumers who reflect the population (such as youth and individuals with autism), and individuals from the VR and employment communities.
