Our webinars are a cornerstone of our training and are designed to equip NIDILRR employment grantees and other interested audiences with actionable knowledge and practical strategies.
What to Expect from Our Webinars
- Evidence-Based Content: Each webinar draws on the latest research and best practices in knowledge translation, with topics selected based on input from interest holders and current needs in the field.
- Interactive Learning: Webinars are designed for high engagement and might feature moderated panels, Q&A sessions, problem-solving exercises, and interactive technology. Sessions are grounded in adult learning principles and responsive to participant questions and interests.
- Accessibility and Inclusion: All webinars are delivered via accessible platforms and with CART and ASL interpretation provided for public events. Recordings, transcripts, and accessible materials are archived for on-demand access.
- Practical Application: Sessions focus on real-world challenges and solutions, such as outreach to businesses, effective KT strategies, and building KT capacity among grantees and partners.
- Continuous Improvement: Participant feedback is used to refine future webinars and ensure relevance.
