Course Conclusion: Principles of Adult Learning
Resources
Video Transcript: Conclusion
Build on what learners already know
Identify the knowledge, attitudes, skills, or practice that will be most relevant to their needs
Deliver teaching in the way that matches learners’ needs.
This wraps up the exercise portion of today’s training. I hope that you all have some ideas about how to start planning training for the VR counselors in your organization. These skills will come in handy throughout the curriculum as you are exposed to new evidence for VR counseling and different populations. As you learn yourself, think about how you can present information in ways that make it meaningful for your team.
